The Eagle Hotel in Palmer, Alaska, exceeded our expectations with its impeccable service and cleanliness. the room was spacious, with modern amenities like a flat-screen TV and a well-stocked fridge. We especially enjoyed the breathtaking mountain views from our balcony, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. The hotel's restaurant serving American cuisine was a delightful treat after a day of exploring the natural beauty of Matanuska Glacier State Recreation Site and Matanuska Lakes State Recreation Area. the convenience of laundry facilities on-site was a lifesaver, allowing us to freshen up our gear after adventurous days in the outdoors. Plus, the free parking made it easy to come and go as we pleased. Although the location may not be the most vibrant, the peaceful atmosphere and safety of the area more than made up for it. Whether you're a solo traveler or with family, the Eagle Hotel offers comfort, convenience, and a welcoming ambiance. I highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone looking to experience the beauty of Alaska with a touch of home away from home.
